VOLANTE GmbH & Co KG was founded in 1998 as an independent company for interior fittings in the transportation sector. We are a system supplier for a wide range of interior fittings for rail and road vehicles.

Numerous projects of well-known rail vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers are supplied with our products. We can provide support during assembly. Our expertise is reflected in the many detailed solutions in rail vehicles that we develop for and with our customers. We have state-of-the-art production facilities and machinery with a high proportion of CNC-controlled machining centers and are proficient in a wide range of production technologies for wood, plastic and metal processing.

Our certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 has been an integral part of our company organization from the very beginning, which is also reflected in our classification as a DB Q1 supplier. Our successful certification in accordance with bonding standard 6701-2 level A2 means that we are at the required level of bonding technology for safely bonded products in rail vehicles. With certification in accordance with the DIN 15085 CL4 welding standard, we can integrate welded metal assemblies into our designs. Numerous fire protection certificates in accordance with DIN 5510:2009 and EN 45545-2:2016 for composite elements also demonstrate our expertise in preventive fire protection for rail vehicle construction. We also take environmental protection into account with ISO 14001:2015.
